Ingredients

  • 1 pack dough (dumpling), finished
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • fat, for frying
  • 4 tablespoon spice mixture, for minced meat
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped margarine, for the pan

Instructions

  1. Mix the dough with the sour cream and the egg, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season with the minced meat seasoning. Cut the onions into small cubes, add to the minced meat and fry with them.
  3. Grease a baking dish with the margarine. Then pour in the dumpling dough. Pull a little higher on the edge. Spread the minced meat with the onions on the dough. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 20 minutes until the crust is brown.
