Great-grandma`s Lobster Cocktail

Ingredients

200 g lobster, cooked or canned
100 g asparaus, cooked, pieces, approx. 2-3 cm lon

Cut the lobster meat into small pieces and mix with the asparagus pieces.
Put the egg yolks, mustard, salt, sugar and vinegar in a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk until it is thick. Beat the oil under it. (With this preparation it is not necessary to add the oil drop by drop, it is beaten in amounts of 1-2 tablespoon. The spices added to the egg yolks prevent coagulation.) Mash the cream cheese with a fork, add a little celery salt and the cream and Mix the cream cheese with the sauce.
Serve the lobster meat and the asparagus pieces with the cocktail sauce in wide glasses lined with lettuce leaves.
