Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 250 g bell pepper (s), colored (red, yellow, reen)
  • 150 g cucumber (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 1 can corn
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix the oil, vinegar, dill, parsley and the finely chopped garlic clove and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Halve the onion and cut into strips, the remaining ingredients into cubes. Mix well with the marinade and let it steep for at least 2 hours.
  3. Great as a side dish for grilling!
