Ingredients
- 1 packet sheep`s cheese (200 g)
- 300 g rice noodles
- 500 g vine tomato (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 hot pepper
- salt and pepper
- Fat for the shape

- Grease a baking dish. Dice the sheep`s cheese and place in the pan. Dice the peppers and spread on the cheese. Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread over them. Sliced spring onions on top. Spread the chopped garlic on top. Pour balsamic vinegar and oil over it. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 160 degrees (convection).
- Tip: Put aluminum foil over it, otherwise the spring onions will be too dry!
