Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, reen, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 250 g strawberries, halved
  • 1 bunch rocket, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon sherry, medium dry
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 orange (s), untreated, juice and some zest

Instructions

  1. Cook the asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water and set aside (I cut the asparagus into 3 cm pieces). Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Wash the rocket and cut into coarse strips.
  2. Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix with the salad.
  3. Tips:
  4. 1. You can add grated Parmesan over the salad.
  5. 2. Place the fried duck breast slices on the salad.
  6. 3. Dice the sheep`s cheese and place on the salad, if necessary toast with a little honey and pine nuts (and put on the salad while warm).
  7. With it simply baguette bread
