Ingredients
- 500 g asparaus, reen, cut into 3 cm pieces
- 250 g strawberries, halved
- 1 bunch rocket, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sherry, medium dry
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 orange (s), untreated, juice and some zest

- Cook the asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water and set aside (I cut the asparagus into 3 cm pieces). Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Wash the rocket and cut into coarse strips.
- Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix with the salad.
- Tips:
- 1. You can add grated Parmesan over the salad.
- 2. Place the fried duck breast slices on the salad.
- 3. Dice the sheep`s cheese and place on the salad, if necessary toast with a little honey and pine nuts (and put on the salad while warm).
- With it simply baguette bread
