Ingredients
- 500 g asparaus, reen
- 150 g strawberries
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fruit sugar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- 3 stalks basil, the leaves

- Cut off the bottom 3 cm from the asparagus and season with salt + pepper from the mill.
- Clean the strawberries and cut them in half. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a little salt, fruit sugar, lemon juice and the basil leaves into a marinade and marinate the strawberries in it (in the fridge for a few hours.
- Cut the asparagus into approx. 3 cm pieces and place in a grill dish, top with the marinated strawberries and grill for approx. 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with basil leaves for serving.
