Ingredients
- 1 kg asparagus, green
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 250 g hollandaise sauce
- 10 g iner, fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 250 g raw ham

- Cut off the asparagus at the bottom and place in a greased baking dish. Brush with oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees grill for 15 minutes.
- Peel and finely chop the ginger. Slowly heat the hollandaise sauce with the ginger. Season to taste with the lemon juice.
- Arrange the ginger hollandaise with the asparagus and ham on plates.
