Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, fresh
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 glass yogurt
  • Paprika powder, hotter

Green Beans with Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Instructions

  1. (Glass = water glass)
  2. Unthread the beans and cut into very small pieces. Cook until soft in salted water. Strain. Place on an oblong plate.
  3. In the meantime, grind or pound the garlic and mix with the yogurt and a little water. Put on the beans. Melt the butter and briefly froth the paprika, pour onto the yoghurt. Serve immediately.
