Ingredients
- 500 g beans, fresh
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 glass yogurt
- Paprika powder, hotter

- (Glass = water glass)
- Unthread the beans and cut into very small pieces. Cook until soft in salted water. Strain. Place on an oblong plate.
- In the meantime, grind or pound the garlic and mix with the yogurt and a little water. Put on the beans. Melt the butter and briefly froth the paprika, pour onto the yoghurt. Serve immediately.
