Green Beans in Peanut Sauce

A quick, simple, but at the same time unique recipe for a vegetable dish made from asparagus beans and peanuts.

Ingredients

  • Green beans – 250 g
  • Peanuts – 30 g
  • Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • Milk (or water) – 2-4 tablespoon.
  • Ground ginger – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare products for cooking green beans in peanut sauce.
  2. How to cook green beans in peanut sauce:
  3. Cook the beans in a little water for 4-6 minutes, put them in a colander.
  4. Grind 20 g of peanuts until smooth.
  5. Mix chopped peanuts, soy sauce, ginger, 2 tablespoon. milk (or water), black pepper.
  6. Cut the onion into small pieces, cook in a saucepan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
    Add beans and chopped garlic. Cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add prepared peanut sauce to a saucepan, mix. Add the remaining milk if desired. Cook the green beans in the peanut sauce for another 4-6 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the finished green beans in peanut sauce with whole nuts and immediately serve them to the table – as an independent dish or as a side dish, for lunch or dinner.
