Pork with Green Beans, Green Peas and Soy Sauce

What could be tastier than grilled meat? And if you add beans and peas to the meat, you get a full-fledged, very tasty, and hearty lunch or dinner. Soy sauce and aromatic paprika make pork with green beans and green peas even tastier and more flavorful.

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Pork (pulp) – 500 g
  • Green beans (frozen) – 130 g
  • Green peas (frozen) – 100 g
  • Carrots – 125 g
  • Onions – 200 g
  • Soy sauce – 5 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh greens – 30 g

Directions

  1. Rinse the meat well and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small cubes. Transfer to a deep bowl.
  2. Pour soy sauce over the meat. Stir and set aside for now.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Heat unscented vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Add the chopped onion. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 4-6 minutes, until light brown.
  4. Add the pork along with the remaining sauce. Stir. Cook in the same mode for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Add to meat. Stir. Heat medium-high and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Add green peas and green beans. Season with paprika and salt if necessary. Stir. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until all ingredients are done.
  7. Rinse greens and chop finely. Add to skillet. Stir and turn off the heat. Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes.
