  • 500 g smoked pork, diced
  • 2 onions)

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions in butter. Add smoked pork cubes and fry them as well. Cut the green beans (amount according to taste) into pieces and add to the meat. Season well with the spices. Let everything stew until the beans are nicely done. Finally stir in a cup of sour cream and let it get hot.
  2. Mashed potatoes are also very tasty!
