Ingredients

  • 360 g beans, black, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter or peanut butter
  • 12 large date (s), sweet, or 24 small ones
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon oatmeal, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the black beans, pitted dates, vanilla extract, and peanut butter in a blender or food processor to form a smooth batter. Then mix in the cinnamon and cocoa powder. If the batter is too moist, add oatmeal. If the batter is too dry, add more peanut butter.
  2. Put the dough in a parchment-lined mold and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 30 minutes.
  3. After baking, let it cool down and stand in the freezer for two hours.
  4. Tip: The brownies can of course be decorated with all kinds of fruits, nuts or chocolate.
