Ingredients
- 100 g reen spelled, round
- 25 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant, yeast-free
- water
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste, seasoned
- some flour
- oil for frying

- Put the green spelled, sunflower seeds and oat flakes in a saucepan with the chopped garlic clove and vegetable stock. Fill up with enough water to just cover everything. Bring to the boil briefly, remove from heat and let soak for approx. 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the onion, add to the green spelled with the spices and tomato paste. The mixture should be very sticky after blending. Add a little flour (approx. 1 - 2 tablespoons) so that the mixture becomes a little firmer and let it stand for another 20 minutes.
- Heat some oil in the pan. Shape into balls from approx. 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place in the pan. Press flat with the spatula and fry on both sides for approx. 10 minutes.
