Grilled Chicken with Vegetables and Barbecue Sauce

I would like to share with you a rather interesting and completely uncomplicated version of a complete main dish for the whole family. Healthy, tasty and simple. Great combination, isn’t it? Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Red onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Tomato Paste – 2 Teaspoons
  • Olive Oil – 2 Teaspoons
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 Glass
  • Brown Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Honey – 1 Teaspoon
  • Hot pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chicken fillet – 2 Pieces
  • Vegetables – To taste (corn, onion, pepper, etc.)
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Salt and Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Let’s start with the sauce. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Place in a skillet with heated olive oil and fry until translucent.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic, add to the onion.
  3. Add tomato sauce and pasta. Add brown sugar, honey and pepper. Add salt, soy sauce, and cumin. Stir gently and simmer over the fire for 10 minutes.
  4. Then transfer the BBQ sauce to a bowl and blend with a blender. That’s it, the sauce is ready.
  5. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Optionally, you can grease the chicken with the sauce. Grill and grill on both sides until golden brown.
  7. In parallel, you can do vegetables. Wash and dry them, brush with olive oil.
  8. Young onions can be taken directly with herbs, carefully cut in half.
  9. Place vegetables on the grill and sauté until tender.
  10. Before serving, cut vegetables into small cubes and stir if desired.
  11. Carefully cut off the corn kernels from the cobs.
  12. Carefully cut the finished chicken with a sharp knife.
  13. Now you can collect all the ingredients together and serve the dish to the table.
