Grilled Meat

Beef steak is marinated in soy marinade and grilled.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Beef steak – 450 g
  • Soy sauce – 0.75 cups
  • Ketchup – 0.25 cups
  • Green onions (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Dark sesame oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for grilling grill

Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, ketchup, green onions, and sesame oil in a large zippered plastic bag.
  2. Put the beef steak in the bag with the marinade, close the bag and mix well the meat with the marinade. Put the bag in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or better overnight.
  3. Switch on the grill to preheat. Grease the wire rack with oil. Remove the marinated meat from the bag with the marinade and put on the grill, fry for about 6 minutes on each side.
  4. Fried steak-skin on a board, let the meat rest for 5 minutes and then cut into slices across the drag. Serve immediately. Garnish to taste.
