Grilled Vegetables

A simple aromatic side dish for meat and fish dishes is grilled vegetables. Everything seems to be extremely simple, but how delicious !!!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Eggplant – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Garlic – 7-10 teeth.
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini in half, slice, and grill (no oil!) On both sides.
  2. Put on a plate, salt, sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Now the eggplants.
  4. We also dress them with garlic and mint leaves. A little bit of olive oil.
  5. Peel and cut the onion into thick rings. Grill.
  6. Salt and pour with oil.
  7. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them! Cut into thin slices. Put it on a grill pan. Browned on both sides – put on a plate, salt and season with oil.
  8. Let’s enjoy the aromatic vegetables!
