Guacamole with Mango

Guacamole is a Mexican avocado-based snack. Traditionally served with nachos corn chips. I would like to propose an unusual version of guacamole with mango. It turns out to be a very interesting combination.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 Piece
  • Mango – 1/2 Piece
  • Bulb onions – 1/2 Pieces
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Parsley – 1/2 Bunch
  • Chili Pepper – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Black pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Mash the pulp with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir.
  3. Cut the pulp from the mango, remove the peel. Peel the onion, cut. Wash the parsley, chop with a knife.
  4. Grind the mango with parsley, onion and pepper in a food processor or blender. For texture, it is better to leave small pieces, rather than chop until smooth.
  5. Mix the resulting puree with the avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
