  • 250 ml beer, Guinness
  • 250 g butter
  • 75 g cocoa powder
  • 400 g suar
  • 140 ml sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 275 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 150 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Please preheat the oven to 180 ° and grease and flour a springform pan (23cm).
