Ingredients
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 8 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 ½ point baking powder
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 tomato (s), diced
- 350 g minced beef
- 2 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- 70 g tomato paste
- 200 g cheese, rated
- Paprika powder and thyme

- Knead the quark, flour, milk, baking powder and 6 tablespoons of oil into a dough and chill for 30 minutes.
- For the topping, mix the chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, minced meat, 100 g cheese and egg. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.
- Roll out the dough to approx. 30 x 40 cm.
- Mix tomato paste with 2 tablespoons of oil and spread on the rolled out dough. Then distribute the mince on top. Roll up the dough from the narrow side. Cut the pizza roll into approx. 15 slices and place the resulting snails on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- Whisk the second egg, spread it on the snails and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 220 ° C for 15 minutes each time.
