Ingredients

  • 200 g ham, cooked without rind
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 400 g puff pastry
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter, onion and parsley while turning constantly
  2. Steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Finely chop the ham and put it in a bowl
  4. Onion and parsley mixture, the mustard, salt, pepper and cream
  5. add and mix well.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out triangles. Of the
  7. Place the filling on the triangles and roll up towards the tip. The
  8. Place croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper, with whisked
  9. Brush the egg yolks well and bake them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees
  10. Bake until golden yellow for about 25 minutes.
