Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the butter. Mix in hazelnuts, desiccated coconut and baking powder and stir in. Grease the Gugelhufform and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Pour in the dough and bake for about 50 minutes.
