Instructions

  1. Roughly slice the banana and place in a bowl with the eggs. Stir the whole thing a few times with a hand blender until everything is mixed up and there are no more bits floating in the liquid.
  2. Then fry in hot oil to make pancakes. The pancakes will be even juicier and better if they are a little thicker. I usually use a metal ring to help, but you can also just put a small blob in the pan and then gradually pour a little more batter on it.
  3. Overall, depending on the thickness of the pancakes and the size of the ingredients, I usually get 12 to 16 small pancakes from the mass.
  4. Whether for breakfast or in between, pure or with a dollop of Nutella on it, simply a poem.
