Delicate Cheesecakes without Flour

Delicious cottage cheese pancakes without a gram of flour. Soft-soft, with a ruddy crust. A wonderful recipe for cheese cakes with semolina, without the use of flour. Cheesecakes come out lush, tall, keep their shape perfectly, do not spread, do not have a flour taste, but only a rich taste of cottage cheese. A quick and healthy breakfast for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 5% – 300 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 5-6 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g (1 sachet)
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Raisins – 50 g

Directions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon to the curd. l. semolina and egg, grind well and leave for 10-20 minutes so that the semolina swells. In the meantime, you can rinse and dry the raisins well.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins to the curd mass, mix everything well. I do not advise adding sugar at the first stage along with the egg and semolina, since the cottage cheese will give off too much moisture, and we need a thick mass for the cheesecakes so that they do not spread.
  3. We form small curd balls with our hands, form them into washers with a height of 1.5-2 cm and roll the curd cakes in semolina.
  4. Fry cheese cakes with semolina in a mixture of vegetable and butter, over medium heat, until golden brown.Serve cheesecakes with raisins with jam or fruit, cream or sour cream. Who likes it))
