Curd Cheesecake “Delicate”

This incredibly delicious and luxurious dessert can be obtained from regular curd! The cheesecake turns out to be simply magical, it is very tasty and tender. Everyone will be delighted!


For the basics:

  • Cookies – 300 g
  • Butter – 100 g

For filling:

  • Cottage cheese (18%) – 600 g
  • Condensed milk – 1 can (380 g)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon

For decoration:

  • Chocolate


  1. Grind the cookies into crumbs.
  2. Mix with softened butter.
  3. We spread it in a mold (we have 22 cm) and tamp it.
  4. We use a glass to form the sides. We bake the base at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. We prepare products for the filling.
  6. Mix all the ingredients and beat well with an immersion blender.
  7. Pour the filling onto the cooled base. We bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  8. Decorate the top with chocolate chips.
