Ingredients

  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 20 g bakin cocoa
  • 25 ml syrup (hazelnut syrup, light)
  • 50 ml almond milk (almond drink) or long-life milk, 1.5% fat

Instructions

  1. Put the ground hazelnuts and the baking cocoa in a bowl and mix with a fork until everything is well combined. Then put the first 25 ml of milk and 15 ml of hazelnut syrup in a blender, then add the cocoa powder. Mix all ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved. Gradually add the remaining liquid. If the mass is too firm, it can be loosened up with milk.
  2. You already have a hazelnut spread. I find it tastier than other products.
  3. 100 g of this spread has a total of 373.7 kcal. That`s half of the usual spreads.
  4. Goes perfectly with Belgian waffles, rolls or pancakes!
