Ingredients
- 1 celery root, (peeled approx. 300-350 g)
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream or sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Pepper, freshly ground
- salt

- Peel and coarsely grate the celery. Prepare a dressing from the other ingredients and mix well with the celery. Season again with salt and pepper. TIP: as a variant, you can also slice and fold in some fresh Parmesan.
