Ingredients
- 500 g celery sticks
- 50 g butter, or mararine
- Salt, to taste
- 2 oranges, ripe (which the squeezed juice)
- 100 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
- 1 orange (s), grated peel, untreated
- 1 lemon (s), grated peel untreated
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth, chopped

- Clean, wash, pat dry the celery and cut into small pieces (slices). Now sauté the celery for 3-5 minutes in the medium-hot fat. Then season to taste with salt. Now the orange juice is added. Cook the celery over low heat. Try it every now and then, because everyone prefers a different kind of firmness.
- Now let the mixture cool down to lukewarm and place in a bowl. Just before serving, fold in the chopped walnut, orange and lemon peel and chopped parsley.
