Ingredients

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 pinch (s) white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled, the yolk
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ tomato paste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some lemon juice - drops
  • 10 slices pumpernickel or black bread

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, cream and salt until creamy and divide into 4 portions.
  2. 1st serving: mix with pepper and mustard.
  3. 2nd portion: Strain the egg yolk through a sieve and mix in with the saffron.
  4. 3rd serving: mix with tomato paste and paprika.
  5. 4th serving: mix with herbal mixture, lemon juice and sugar.
  6. Brush 8 bread slices with the 4 types of cheese cream. Put 4 slices alternately on top of each other, top slice as a conclusion without cheese, wrap in cling film, with a breakfast board and e.g., Compress a filled can on top (so that the panes do not bulge). Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, you can also prepare the day before.
  7. To serve, cut the slices into 3 cm squares with a sharp knife.
