Mix the cream cheese, cream and salt until creamy and divide into 4 portions.
1st serving: mix with pepper and mustard.
2nd portion: Strain the egg yolk through a sieve and mix in with the saffron.
3rd serving: mix with tomato paste and paprika.
4th serving: mix with herbal mixture, lemon juice and sugar.
Brush 8 bread slices with the 4 types of cheese cream. Put 4 slices alternately on top of each other, top slice as a conclusion without cheese, wrap in cling film, with a breakfast board and e.g., Compress a filled can on top (so that the panes do not bulge). Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, you can also prepare the day before.
To serve, cut the slices into 3 cm squares with a sharp knife.
