Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon, leveled butter
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 100 g mushrooms (forest mushrooms, e.. chanterelles, boletus, boletus )
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 200 ml cream, reduced fat
  • 1 teaspoon powder (mushroom powder made from dried forest mushrooms)
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • some parsley, smooth, chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the butter in a non-stick pan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent. Add the cleaned and finely chopped mushrooms and fry. Cut the ham into pieces or strips and add, briefly heat in the onion and mushroom mixture.
  2. Now pour in the light cream, stir in the mushroom powder and season with salt and pepper. Let the mushrooms simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened a little.
  3. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley just before serving. Spaetzle, dumplings, roasted meat and a crunchy salad taste great with it.
