Ingredients
- 24 mushrooms, the same size (4 per nose)
- 2 onions)
- 100 g bacon, mixed
- 50 g butter (herb butter)
- 50 g cheese, rated

- Clean the mushrooms and onions. Dice the onions and bacon. leave out the bacon and sauté the onions in the fat.
- Unscrew the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop the stems.
- Mix onions, bacon and herb butter, mushroom stalks and pour into the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° for approx. 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the mushrooms).
