Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 0.5 liter ½ oil
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 cups mild yogurt (large )
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 dash Worcester sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the oil. To begin with, add the oil drop by drop and whisk with a whisk. Later you can also add the oil in a fine stream and stir vigorously.
  2. Peel the garlic and chop it up with a blender, it`s the fastest.
  3. Add the yogurt, pepper, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt to the mayonnaise (although I don`t use the mustard and salt too sparingly). Finally add the garlic and mix in.
  4. If possible, let steep in the refrigerator for a few hours before you can eat them.
