  • 150 g cooked ham, finely diced
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g bacon, for the loaf pan

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with eggs, mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, flour and baking powder into a batter. Add both types of ham with grated Gouda cheese, parsley and whipped cream to the batter. Line a loaf pan with bacon and pour in the batter.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C - 200 ° C for about 1 hour.
