Ingredients
- 120 g wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 120 g Emmentaler, rated
- 300 g sour cream
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 100 g ham, raw, diced
- salt and pepper
- 75 g Emmentaler, rated
- Fat for the shape

- Grease a 26 springform pan and preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Mix the flour with 120 g of grated cheese, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Now whisk together all of the moist ingredients, i.e. sour cream, eggs and oil, in a separate bowl. Wash the spring onion and bell pepper, cut into fine slices or cubes and stir into the sour cream mixture together with the ham. Now fold in the flour and cheese mixture (but do not stir for too long, otherwise the dough will be tough), season and fill into the pan. Finally sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake the cake in the hot oven for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool down a little before taking it out of the mold.
- Tip: If only salt and pepper are not enough of spices, you can of course happily experiment: e.g., with paprika powder, curry powder, herbs of Provence etc. But be careful with the salt, the ham may already be salty enough.
