Ingredients
- 375 g lon rain rice
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 250 g mozzarella, mini balls
- 40 g rocket
- 8 egg (s)
- 1 small Glass gherkins, drained weight 85 g
- some cucumber liquid
- 1 small onion (s)
- 300 g mayonnaise (salad)
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- sugar
- dill
- salt and pepper

- Boil rice and eggs. Quarter the tomatoes, finely dice the pickles and onions, roughly chop the rocket leaves and eggs and quarter or halve the mozzarella balls as desired. Add lemon juice to the salad mayonnaise and season with dill, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the sauce with the ingredients and add a dash of pickle water to taste. Let rest a little and serve cool.
