- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- Put butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir. Then add the eggs and the flour mixed with baking powder and knead everything.
- Remove small pieces from the dough, form small tears from them and place on the baking sheet. Bake the hedgehog biscuits at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
