  • 4 cl rum
  • 4 cl water
  • 8 cl red wine
  • 2 teaspoons rock sugar, brown
  • 2 slices lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Heat the rum, water and red wine in a saucepan until just before boiling point. A light foam layer forms. The mixture must not boil, however.
  2. Wash 2 grog glasses with hot water, add the rock candy and lemon wedges. Pour the hot grog over it and serve immediately.
  3. Sweet pastries are also very tasty.
