Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • some herb salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 0.5 ½ package herbs (salad herbs, frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the vinegar, soy sauce and cream with a whisk. Stir in the herb salt, pepper, salad herbs, sugar and mustard. Finally, hide the oil.
  2. Enough for a head of lettuce.
