Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into very fine slices (best with a special grater). Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar and add the dill. Pour all of this over the cucumber and stir well, put in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets and cook in the vegetable stock (takes 12 minutes).
  3. After 5 minutes, put the steaks in the hot pan and fry to taste. Salt and pepper ..
  4. Now halve the pears and “cut out” the core with a teaspoon, place the pears in a microwave pot (with the lid) with the skin facing down and place a walnut in the middle (in the scraped-out hole). Now put the pears in the microwave at 600 W for 5 - 6 minutes.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into fine slices and arrange on the plates. Add the cucumber salad, cauliflower, steaks and pears. Sprinkle all of this with frozen parsley (also frozen chives if desired) and serve with hollandaise légère sauce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
