Instructions

  1. Open the egg on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Put breadcrumbs in a second plate. Dip the camembert in the egg. Then bread, dip back into the egg and bread again.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the camembert on all sides until golden.
  3. Serve with bread and cranberries.
