  • 100 g suar
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar, milder
  • 30 g chocolate (dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa content)

Instructions

  1. Heat the sugar with the balsamic vinegar while stirring. Simmer in a syrupy manner over a low heat for about 5 minutes, then remove from the stove. Break the chocolate into small pieces and stir in.
  2. Tastes great hot over ice cream, fruit or (goat) cheese and is also very tasty cold over tomatoes or with salad.
