Homemade Chocolate Cake “Pele”

Cake “Pele” – these are amazing cakes with chocolate flavor, soaked in condensed milk cream. It will suit lovers of juicy biscuits with a pronounced chocolate taste and delicate cream.

Servings: 5-7

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1.5 Cups
  • Sugar – 1.5 Glasses
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Cocoa – 3-4 Art. spoons
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vinegar 9% – 3 Teaspoons
  • Kefir – 350 Grams
  • Vanilla – 1 Pinch
  • Cognac – 1 Glass (for impregnation)
  • Sugar – 1 Glass (for impregnation)
  • Oil – 200 Grams (cream)
  • Condensed milk – 200 grams (cream)

Directions

  1. Beat eggs at room temperature until stiff for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Add the vanilla, start adding sugar in portions without turning off the mixer.
  3. Then add cocoa and butter. Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave beforehand, but it should not be hot.
  4. Add kefir and a couple of tablespoons of flour to the chocolate mass. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. After that, send half the flour and soda slaked with vinegar to the dough. Stir, add the rest of the flour and finish stirring the dough.
  6. Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with oil, pour out the dough. Bake for 50 minutes in Biscuit mode, after the end of the program, do not remove it for another 15 minutes.
  7. If baking in an oven, preheat it to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake the cakes in 2 passes, 25-30 minutes each.
  8. To prepare the cream, whisk soft butter until fluffy. Then add the boiled condensed milk in portions until they are completely mixed.
  9. Preparing the impregnation. Combine sugar and brandy, put on fire. Dissolve the sugar completely, do not bring the cognac to a boil. Let the impregnation cool.
  10. Cut the finished biscuit into 3 parts. All trimmings will be used to decorate the cake. Grind them into small crumbs with a blender, and soak the cakes completely.
  11. Place the cream on the crust. Spread it out so that the cream is half the thickness of the crust.
  12. Gather the cake, grease the top with cream too, tighten the edges.
  13. Sprinkle the cake on all sides with a crumb. Put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  14. This is such a juicy and appetizing cake. Serve it not cold, otherwise the oil will solidify.
