Instructions

  1. Pour 2/3 of the milk and cream into the saucepan. Break the chocolate Santa Clauses and add them. Let melt. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch and cocoa powder (make sure to use unsweetened baking cocoa) and stir until smooth with the rest of the cold milk - no lumps should be left. Pour the mixed powder into the boiling milk and stir vigorously with a whisk. Bring to the boil and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour in rum, stir in. If children eat, leave out the rum. If the rum is only added at the end, you can also divide the mass: for children without and for adults with shot Pour hot pudding into bowls and allow to cool. Garnish with whipped cream and hazelnut caramel if desired. Note: We like it creamy - those who prefer it calorie-saving can use appropriate products. Please no unnecessary comments because of the calories! You also have to find out the sugar content yourself - I would like less sugar more, my husband thinks the amount is just right!
