Chocolate Fondant (Gourmet Treat)

Let’s prepare an exquisite delicacy – a chocolate fondant. Delicious French dessert – chocolate cupcakes with a liquid center.

Ingredients

  • Bitter chocolate – 80 g
  • Margarine  – 50 g + for greasing the molds
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 40 g
  • Flour – 30 g
  • Cocoa – for sprinkling molds

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and margarine in a water bath.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar, but do not beat.
  3. Add melted chocolate. We mix.
  4. Gently add flour and stir until smooth.
  5. Lubricate the molds with melted margarine, sprinkle with cocoa or flour.
  6. We fill the molds with the prepared chocolate mass to 2/3 of the volume.
  7. We send it to a preheated oven. We bake the chocolate fondant at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Serve chocolate fondant with ice cream and raspberry jam.
