Delicious Chocolate Fondant

Fondant is a delicious dessert. When you cut it, a chocolate filling flows out of it.

Ingredients

  • Black chocolate 72% – 170 g
  • Butter – 150 g + for lubrication
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Flour – 70-100 g
  • Cocoa powder
  • Fresh mint

Directions

  1. We send chocolate and butter to a heat-resistant container. Melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
  2. Beat the eggs with a mixer until thick foam. Then, without stopping whipping, gradually add sugar. Beat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the cooled chocolate into the egg mixture. We mix.
  4. Add flour.
  5. Stir. The dough should come out without lumps and not very liquid.
  6. Put the dough in an ice mold and send it to the freezer until it solidifies.
  7. Ceramic or clay molds, in which we will bake the fondant, grease with butter, and crush with cocoa powder.
  8. Fill in the forms with dough and put 1-2 chocolate pieces down.
  9. Spread the dough on top and send the chocolate fondants to the hot oven. We bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  10. The chocolate fondant is ready, the inside of the dessert should remain moist.
  11. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
  12. Decorate the chocolate fondant with mint.
