Instructions

  1. Wash the lovage and parsley, cut into small pieces and simmer well with 1.5 liters of water and the salt for 30 minutes. At the same time, caramelize the sugar and then add it to the brew. Let everything cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, add a little more soy sauce. Then put everything in a fine sieve and drain. Bring to the boil again briefly and fill into bottles.
