Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg potato (s), waxy
- 1 onion (s)
- 750 ml broth, hot (instant)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 75 g bacon, streaky
- 1 bunch chives
- salt and pepper

- Boil potatoes as jacket potatoes. Potatoes possible Peel and slice while still hot. Dice the onion and let it steep in the broth. Add mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil to the broth and pour hot over the potatoes. Stir. Add the diced bacon. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Season again to taste.
