- 350 g flour
- 125 g cane suar
- 175 g butter
- 6 tablespoon honey
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 large egg (s), beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- First put the cane sugar, honey and butter in a saucepan and heat until it has become liquid. Then add the flour, the cinnamon, the egg, the baking powder and the sugar-honey-butter mixture and knead until a firm dough is formed. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After the cooling time, roll out and cut out any shapes, place the finished figures on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
