Ingredients

  • 250 g suar (Farin-)
  • 250 g honey
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 125 g mararine
  • 1 pack anise, whole
  • 1 teaspoon clove powder
  • 200 g almond (s) or nuts, chopped
  • 100 g lemon peel
  • 750 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Let the farin sugar, honey and sugar in a saucepan become liquid while stirring constantly. Turn off the hotplate. Mix in the spices. Then stir in the flour and milk alternately. Finally mix in baking soda.
