Ingredients
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 100 ml water
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 300 g spelled flour type 1050
- 100 g wheat flour type 550
- 100 g oat bran
- 4 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 bag / s dry yeast

- Put all the liquid ingredients in the bread maker mold. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Then put this in the bread maker.
- Depending on the bread maker, choose a program with a long baking time, but not the whole grain program. If you feel like it, remove the dough hook with a floury hand before baking and, if you like, sprinkle oatmeal on top of the bread before baking. To make the oatmeal stick better, you can moisten the top of the bread a little with a brush.
- If you should work with the timer on your bread maker, sprinkle the dry yeast on top instead of mixing it with the other dry ingredients. This prevents the yeast from coming into contact with the water or buttermilk.
