Ingredients
- 300 g spelled flour (whole rain), round
- 200 g oats, (naked oats, whole rain), round
- 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
- 1 bag / s dry yeast, for 500 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 400 ml sparkling mineral water
- 3 tablespoon oil, (organic sunflower oil)
- water

- 24 cm loaf pan with baking paper
- 1 powerful food processor
- Mix the dry ingredients and add 400 ml of carbonated mineral water, stir for a good 6 minutes on medium level, add 3 tablespoons of organic sunflower oil and stir for another 3 minutes on maximum level, must come off the edge.
- Place in a 24 cm box baking pan filled with baking paper, smooth the dough with a wet tablespoon and add another 3 tablespoons of water or more to this dough, should be on top.
- Cover and leave to rest at a warm room temperature, or in the oven at 50 ° C for approx. 90 minutes until the day is over.
- Bake at 150 ° C hot air for 70 minutes.
- Brush the baked bread on all sides with organic sunflower oil, let it cool down halfway before cutting.
